Strange Ink: A FAQ

What is Strange Ink?

Strange Ink is my on-line footlocker of all the cool stuff I find while I search the net. Sometimes it’s all about great music. Sometimes it’s about beautiful photography or great art. Sometimes it’s fucking wacky. I dig lots of things, so this blog is pretty random.

Gaze on my works, ye mighty, and despair.

Oh, and this shit is Not Safe For Work.

Who Are You?

I am Sean. I’m over 30. I read books and comics, watch movies, play video games, listen to music. You know, man-child stuff. My goal for 2008 is find the hidden reserves of interest necessary to keep this fucking blog going.

Is This Where I Find The Hot?

Eh. Sure.

What’s Your Plans for the Future of This Blog?

More interaction with all of you, actually. And some experiments…yes, experiments…

If you could be meet anyone, alive or dead, who would it be?

This guy.

Why don’t you reply to your comments?

I love getting comments from people that show they appreciate what I’ve put up on the site, but 90% of the comments I get are shit like “Man, I’d like to fuck her, if you get my meaning” and “Hey, I see you like Pinky films from Japan - check out my porn site that has no connection whatsoever to the shit you’re into!”

The only appropriate reply to comments like that would be to track those fuckers down and shoot them in the face with a bazooka.

Will you pimp my product/site/art/slutty sister on your site?

Let’s talk money.

Why are you so cruel?

Haven’t you heard? Chicks like assholes.

And booze.

And blow.

    Hi Sonia.

Can you provide me the name of the post where the image is?

All these images are copyrighted by their respective owners/creators. If there’s a particular image you would like to use, I’d click on the link provided and track down the image’s rightful owner. Most of the time, since you aren’t intending to profit in any way from use of their work, they’ll be happy to give you permission to use it.

If you have any trouble finding the correct owner, let me know.

    Good luck!

This is definitely my favorite new website, even though modestly described by its brilliant editor as a “footlocker” — Barfly of hip-hop band The Saturday Knights recommended I check it out, and I’m in lurv!

We’d love to send you some music to check out if you’re open to that.
